The WinSAT command is available in Windows PowerShell. You can follow these steps to do the job:

1. Right-click the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
2. Click Yes on the User Account Control interface to allow the tool to run on your computer.
3. After entering the PowerShell interface, you need to type Get-CimInstance Win32_WinSat and press Enter. Then, you can see the Windows experience index.

Method 3: Use System Diagnostics
